Style: Bartlett’s Integrated Health Journal uses Associated Press (AP) style, with the exception of the serial comma, which we encourage our writers to use. Reviews

Bartlett’s welcomes reviews of current books, articles, documentaries, DVDs, or other media about health-related issues and uplifting success stories. If possible, reviews should include a personal interview with the creative force behind the material being reviewed: writer, director, auteur, musician, artist, what have you.

Reviews suitable for Bartlett’s may take two forms: previously published and new. If the review has been previously published, please let us know that information, along with the author, name of publication, and publication date. If the review is original, all we need is the review’s name and contact information.

    News

Bartlett’s is interested in presenting our readers with relevant news stories—especially breaking news stories—about developments in health, healing, and personal growth.

To quote an old newspaper adage, news is like fish: It’s great on the first day; on the second day, it’s slightly smelly; by the third day, you throw it out. So breaking news is preferable.

News from reputable sources trumps stories from the Podunk Hog Raiser’s Gazette. Please tell us where a news story comes from, the author, and the publication date.

    Plagiarism

For obvious reasons, plagiarism cannot be tolerated under any circumstances. It is a form of intellectual theft and dishonesty that will discredit this website, its editors, and all its contributors. If you are concerned about the possibility of plagiarism in any submissions to Bartlett’s, please contact our editor so we can clear up any confusion.

There are two ways to submit articles to Bartlett’s Integrated Health Journal: e-mail it to our editor/publisher, Mark Saunders, or use the submission form below.
